This is my favourite ice cream, i like this ice cream because the taste is good. Mint and chocolate chips are suitable to combination of ice cream. These two flavors combination has been used in other foods taste like cookies, drinks, chocolate bar, etc. And i also like the taste of cookies and drinks too ;). I usually buy this ice cream at BR.

2 tbsp whisked egg
2 tbsp all purpose flour

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients into an oversized microwave-safe mug. Mix with a whisk until batter is smooth. Batter will be quite thick.
2. Microwave for 1 minute. Let brownie cool and set for about 15-30 minutes before eating.
